QUESTIONS What is the dimensions of the Nicole Sofa Bed? We have one of the largest leather sofa beds in Europe. The dimensions are 2.4 meters width x 3.0 meters in length with 40cm height. Where are the sofa beds made? Our beds are made by our manufacturers in the Heart of Europe. Our manufacturers are members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. Where is the solid wood furniture from? Our solid wood furniture originates from maintained forests in the northern hemisphere. Does this products come with a warranty? Yes. Everything The Solid Wood Furniture Company sells has a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee. The leather sofas carry a 5 year manufacturing guarantee. How do I choose a colour for my sofa? Choose your sofa colour by looking at the samples chart provided or contact us by phone or email to get a sample sent to you. Do you sell this sofa in a smaller size? We only sell this size sofa which converts into a bed. Can I purchase a pouffe with my sofa? Yes you can. You can even purchase them on their own. Do you sell the nicole sofa this in a fabric? Sorry, we only sell this in finest Italian leather. Can I buy the nicole sofa in a configuration moving from left to right, rather than right to left? Yes. You can just contact us to tell which model you require. |

ORDERING
QUESTIONS What are my rights when shopping online with The Solid Wood Funiture Company? The usual consumer rights apply online. Goods must be of satisfactory quality. Adverts and descriptions must not be misleading. The Distance Selling Regulations provide additional protection - e.g. your card company must refund you if your credit, debit, or store card is used fraudulently and, in many cases in the United Kingdom, the law allows you time to change your mind, within seven working days of the delivery, and receive a refund (the item must be in the original condition without wear or damage).

DELIVERY
QUESTIONS How long does delivery take? We aim for 7 working days from payment to your bedroom. However, depending on which part of the country you are in there may be delays dependent on weather and traffic. |

Receiving carrier deliveries - please read! Carrier deliveries are made Monday to Fridays, normally between 8:30am and 5:30pm. Saturday deliveries are only available at extra cost. See below for upgrades to timed and Saturday deliveries. Carriers will normally only leave goods if signed for, but deliveries can be made to addresses other than the purchaser’s if more convenient. Complete the relevant box on the order form or advise us by phone if this is required. We cannot arrange for carrier deliveries to be left without a signature (but see "Deliveries with our own transport" above). IMPORTANT - SIGNING THE CARRIER'S TICKET When you sign, you are certifying that the correct quantity of goods has been delivered and in a satisfactory condition (your signature is beneath the printed text "Received in Good Condition"). Goods MUST be checked for damage or loss BEFORE signing the carrier's note. 1. Check that the QUANTITY received agrees with quantity shown on carrier's ticket. 2. Check CONDITION of goods - - If you are unable, for ANY reason, to check the goods thoroughly before signing, you MUST WRITE "DAMAGED" beside your signature. This is the ONLY way you will be covered by the insurers if you should discover damage later when you are able to check the goods properly (up to 3 days from delivery) & The Solid Wood Furniture Company can make priority dispatch of replacements. Just signing as "unchecked" or "unexamined" is NOT acceptable for a later claim. If you should discover unacceptable damage at the time of delivery write on the carrier's note "Damaged & Rejected" and refuse to accept the relevant goods, then contact customer services as soon as possible. We will ensure priority despatch of replacements or refund your payment in full if you prefer. Fortunately damage and loss by our reputable carriers is very rare, but you must protect yourself by checking for damage and loss BEFORE SIGNING or by following the alternative procedure above. If you are arranging for other people to receive and sign for a delivery please ensure they are advised of this. We suggest you PRINT THIS PAGE to give you or others a reminder of these procedures. Please be assured that such problems really are very rare and The Solid Wood Furniture Company will do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience. |
